肺恶性血管周上皮样细胞瘤伴脑转移一例

Malignant perivascular epithelioid cell tumor of lung with brain metastasis:a case report

摘要 本文报道了左肺下叶恶性血管周上皮样细胞瘤伴脑转移1例。患者女,49岁,胸部CT表现为左肺下叶背段团块状软组织密度影,密度不均,内见多发囊状低密度影,增强扫描呈明显不均匀强化,囊性部分未见强化。颅脑MRI表现为左侧小脑半球占位并周围明显水肿。病理诊断:左肺下叶恶性血管周上皮样细胞瘤伴脑转移。
