基于比较视野的当代大学生规则意识培育研究

A Research on the Cultivation of Contemporary College Students'Rule Consciousness Based on Comparative Perspective

规则意识是现代公民尤其是以大学生为代表的青年一代必须具备的基本素质,是维系社会关系保持社会稳定的基石。基于比较视野,阐述当代大学生规则意识缺乏的具体表现,分析出现这一现象的各种原因,并总结西方国家进行规则意识培育的经验做法,针对大学生规则意识培育提炼出可资借鉴的并适合我国实际的可行路径。

Rule consciousness is the basic quality that modern citizens,especially the young generation represented by college students,must possess,and is the cornerstone of maintaining social relations and social stability.Based on a comparative perspective,the article expounds the specific manifestations of the lack of rule awareness of contemporary college students,analyzes various reasons for this phenomenon,and summarizes the experience and practices of western countries in cultivating rule awareness,and extracts lessons that can be used for reference and are suitable for our country’s reality.A feasible way to cultivate college students'awareness of rules is proposed.
