关于应用型高校董事会运行机制的思考

Thoughts on Operation Mechanism of Board of Directors in Application-oriented Universities and Colleges

以武夷学院为例,分析董事会发展现状;总结出应用型高校董事会存在缺乏有效的运行管理机制、联络沟通机制不完善以及利益分配不均衡等问题;未来需要采取建立健全运行管理机制、完善联络沟通机制以及坚持与校董单位互惠互利等相应措施,以利于更好地发挥董事会的作用。

Taking Wuyi University as an example,this article first analysises the current development situation of board of directors.Then it summarizes the problems of board of directors in application-oriented universities and collegess which include the lack of effective operation management mechanism,imperfect communication mechanism and imbalance of the distribution of interests.In the future,we should take corresponding measures such as establishing and improving the operation and management mechanism,improving the contact communication mechanism,and insisting on mutual benefit with the directors unit to facilitate better play of the board of directors.
