摘要
为解决供水区严重缺水而建成长距离跨流域输水管道,管道经过低山丘陵区,地形高低起伏,在管道设计中水锤计算是本次管道设计必须考虑的技术问题。针对输水管线设计情况进行数值模拟,在初步确定承压能力的基础上进行水力极端运行工况的稳态分析和水锤计算分析,根据分析结果对水锤防护设备选择的合理性作出结论,对需要追加的防护设备及防护措施提出建议,以保证管道开泵、停泵、开关阀门过程中管道的运行安全。
In order to solve the serious water shortage in the water supply area,a long-distance cross-basin water conveyance pipeline is built.The pipeline passes through the low hills and the terrain is undulating.In the pipeline design,the calculation of water hammer is a technical problem that must be considered in this pipeline design.In this paper,with situation water-transmission line design,the numerical simulation analysis on the basis of preliminary determine the bearing capacity of hydraulic extreme operating conditions of the steady state analysis and water hammer calculation analysis,according to the results of the analysis,the rationality of selecting the water hammer protective equipment make the conclusion,the need to suggest additional protective equipment and protective measures,to ensure that the pipeline start pump,stop pump,switch valve in the process of pipeline operation safety.
