摘要
本文主要从可靠性方面对一种面向无线通信用的E波段连续波行波管放大器进行了分析,针对无线通信环境条件,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件对行波管放大器热力学可靠性进行了仿真优化,论证了其在未来典型应用场景中的可行性。
An E-band continues wave travelling wave tubes amplifier(TWTA)for communication applications was analyzed mainly in term of reliability.Aiming at wireless communication environment,the thermodynamic reliability of the TWTA was simulated and optimized by using the finite element analysis software ANSYS,which demonstrated the feasibility of the TWTA in typical application scenarios.
