摘要 塔山矿二盘区4900 m皮带运行多年后存在上覆盖胶磨损严重、大面积漏绳等问题,易发生皮带戗绳、贯穿等恶性事故,急需更换。塔山矿采取了履带牵引连续换带技术,应用效果表明该技术能够实现高效安全换带,提高了换带效率、降低了劳动强度,皮带更换周期缩短10 d左右,经济效益显著。 After years of operation,the 4,900 m belt of Tashan Mine with problems such as serious wear of the upper cover rubber and large leakage of rope,which made vicious accidents possible,such as rope bumping and penetration,and needed to be replaced urgently.Tashan mine adopted the continuous belt change technology of crawler traction,and the application effect showed that this technology can achieve efficient and safe belt change,improve the efficiency of belt change,reduce labor intensity,and shorten the belt change cycle by about 10 d,with remarkable economic benefits.
