强突出碎软煤层定向长钻孔区域瓦斯治理技术研究 被引量:3

摘要 为了解决阳泉地区强突碎软煤层的瓦斯治理问题,以上社煤矿为研究背景,采用定向长钻孔区域瓦斯治理技术,在15号煤层15205煤巷掘进工作面进行了现场试验。试验表明,与普通钻孔相比,长距离钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度以及瓦斯抽采纯量均有了较大幅度的提高。在定向钻孔深度不断增大、分支钻孔数量日益增多时,长距离钻孔的瓦斯抽采浓度和瓦斯抽采纯量有所降低。抽采90 d后,钻孔平均瓦斯抽采浓度稳定在35%左右,平均瓦斯抽采纯量0.29 m3/min,平均百米钻孔瓦斯抽采量为0.0398 m3/min。 In order to solve the gas management problem of strongly protruding fragmented soft coal seam in Yangquan area,a field test was conducted in the 15205 mining working face of No.15 coal seam by using directional long-drill hole regional gas management technology with Shangshe Mine as the research background.The test showed that the gas extraction concentration as well as the pure amount of gas extraction in long distance drilling were improved substantially compared with normal drilling.When the depth of directional borehole was increasing and the number of branch boreholes was increasing,the gas extraction concentration and pure gas extraction volume of long distance borehole decreased.After 90 d of extraction,the average gas extraction concentration of the borehole was stabilized at about 35%,the average pure gas extraction volume was 0.29 m3/min,and the average gas extraction volume of 100 m borehole was 0.0398 m3/min.
