过硫酸铵结晶工艺开发的技术研究

摘要 针对在实际生产过程中获得的过硫酸铵结晶产品存在粒度不均、容易结块等问题,通过理论和实验的结合,完成了过硫酸铵的热力学试验;通过对不同工艺制备的过硫酸铵结晶产品进行原料形貌、吸湿性和存放等情况的分析,找到了影响结块的内部和外部原因,确定了减少结块的关键控制参数和控制原则;通过优化过硫酸铵结晶工艺,生产出了晶习完整且符合质量标准的过硫酸铵产品。 In view of the problems of uneven particle size and easy caking of ammonium persulfate crystalli zation products obtained in the actual production process,the thermodynamic test of ammonium persulfate was completed by combining theory and experiment;by analyzing the morphology,hygroscopicity and storage of ammonium persulfate crystalli zation products prepared by different processes,the internal and external causes affecting the caking were found,and the key control parameters and principles for reducing caking were determined;by optimizing the crystallization process of ammonium persulfate,the ammonium persulfate products with complete crystal pattern and meeting the quality standard were produced.
