摘要
煤泥是选煤厂洗选加工过程中的副产品,主要来源是浮选尾煤,具有粒度细、黏性大、高持水性和低热值等诸多不利因素。传统的处理方式是通过压滤机压滤后,堆放于煤泥储料棚直接销售,很难实现工业高效洁净利用。降低煤泥水分,实现煤泥高效洁净化利用已成为峰峰集团选煤技术研究的重要课题。通过对煤泥进行低温干燥技术研究,解决了煤泥由于水分大而无法综合利用的瓶颈问题。干燥后的煤泥水分降到14%,提升了煤泥的发热量,减少了环境污染,实现了较好经济效益和社会效益。
Coal slime is a by-product in the process of washing and processing in coal preparation plant,and its main source is flotation tail coal which has many adverse factors such as fine particle size,high viscosity,high water holding capacity and low calorific value.The traditional treatment method is to stack the coal slime in the storage shed for direct sales after being filtered by the filter press,which is difficult to realize the industrial efficient and clean utilization.Reducing the moisture content of coal slime and realizing the high efficient and clean utilization have become an important topic of coal preparation technology research of Fengfeng Group.Through the research on low temperature drying technology of coal slime,the bottleneck problem that the coal slime can not be comprehensively utilized due to large moisture content was solved.After drying,the moisture content of coal slime is reduced to 14%,which improves the calorific value of coal slime,reduces environmental pollution,and achieves better economic and social benefits.
