摘要 为避免换热器因氯离子应力腐蚀而导致的窜漏,延长换热器的使用寿命,保障化工生产的稳定性与连续性,通过分析换热器的材质、结构和生产工艺,确定了换热器腐蚀泄漏的特征为氯离子应力腐蚀。通过对换热器的材质、结构和工艺指标的优化调整,从而避免了换热器因氯离子应力腐蚀所引起的泄漏。试验结果表明,消除换热器氯离子的应力腐蚀,化工生产的经济性和连续性显著增强,可为企业创造更大的效益。 In order to avoid the leakage of heat exchanger caused by chloride ion stress corrosion,prolong the service life of heat exchanger and ensure the stability and continuity of chemical production,by analyzing the material,structure and production process of heat exchanger,the characteristic of corrosion leakage of heat exchanger is determined as chloride ion stress corrosion.By optimizing and adjusting the material,structure and process index of the heat exchanger,the leakage caused by chloride stress corrosion was avoided.The test results show that the economy and continuity of chemical production are significantly enhanced by eliminating chloride ion stress corrosion of heat exchanger,which can create greater benefits for enterprises.
