摘要
滚子与套筒之间的间隙问题是影响链传动系统动态特性的重要因素。为了研究间隙对链传动系统动力学的影响,采用Lankarani—Nikravesh接触碰撞力模型建立链轮链条啮合的接触力学模型,应用拉格朗日方程建立正常、啃齿和跳齿3种工况下链传动系统的动力学方程,采用四阶龙格—库塔法进行求解,得出了不同间隙尺寸对链传动系统接触力、速度以及加速度的影响。研究结果表明:由于间隙的存在,在正常、啃齿和跳齿3种工况下,接触力、速度和加速度伴有不同幅度的波动,并且随着间隙的增大,波动幅度增大,为链传动系统的设计提供理论基础。
The clearance between the roller and the bushing is an important factor affecting the dynamic characteristics of the chain drive system.Therefore,in order to study the influence of clearance on the dynamics of chain drive system,using Lankarani-Nikravesh contact impact force model,contact mechanics model of chain and sprocket was established.The Lagrange equation was applied to establish the dynamic equations of the chain drive system under three working conditions of normal condition,tooth gnawing condition and tooth skipping condition.The fourth-order Runge-Kutta method was used to solve the dynamic equation of the chain drive system,and the influence of different clearance dimensions on the contact force,speed and acceleration of chain drive system was obtained.The results show that the contact force,velocity and acceleration vary with different amplitude due to the presence of clearance under three conditions,and the amplitude of fluctuation increases with the increase of clearance,providing a theoretical basis for the design of chain drive system.
