增效剂对混凝土性能影响的试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 通过在混凝土中引入不同掺量(0、0.6%、0.8%)的增效剂,研究了增效剂对混凝土和易性和抗压强度的影响,并分析其微结构作用机理。试验结果表明:增效剂可明显改善混凝土拌合物的和易性,提高混凝土的早期强度,掺有增效剂混凝土的强度普遍高于基准组混凝土,而随养护龄期的延长,增效剂对混凝土抗压强度的增强效果有所减弱,增效剂的推荐掺量为0.6%;相对于水灰比为0.6和0.65两组,混凝土水灰比为0.55时增效剂对其增强效果最好。 Synergistic agent with the different dosages(0,0.6%,0.8%)was mixed into concrete to study the workability and compressive strength of concrete in different hydration environment,and the mechanism of its microstructure was analyzed in the paper.The results show that the synergistic agent can obviously improve the workability of concrete mixture and the early compressive strength of concrete.Mixing with the synergistic agent,its compressive strength is generally higher than that of the reference concrete.While with the increasing of curing age,the enhancement effect of synergistic agent on the compressive strength of concrete is gradually decreased.Recommended dosage of the synergistic agent is 0.6%.Compared to the water cement ratios of 0.6 and 0.65,synergist agent has the better enhancement effect on the concrete with the watercement ratio of 0.55.
