摘要
结合兰州地铁1号线某车站强腐蚀环境下高性能混凝土面临问题,设计C40、C45、C50、C55等4组高性能混凝土试件,在5倍于水中实际侵蚀环境下进行长期浸泡试验,通过相对质量、相对动弹性模量、综合损伤评价参数研究强腐蚀环境下高性能混凝土的耐久性问题。结果表明:复合盐溶液中不同强度的混凝土试件相对质量评价参数增大,相对动弹性模量评价参数先增后减,综合损伤评价参数降低。对比4组试验结果发现,C55组混凝土表现最好,耐久性能最优。
Considering the problems faced by high performance concrete in Lanzhou metro station under strong corrosive environment,four groups of high performance concrete test blocks,including C40,C45,C50 and C55,were designed to carry out long-term immersion tests under an environment 5 times the actual erosion in water.At the same time,the durability of high performance concrete under severe environment was studied by means of relative mass,relative dynamic elastic modulus and comprehensive damage evaluation parameters.The results show that parameters of relative mass increased,the parameters of relative dynamic elastic modulus increased first and then decreased,and the parameters of comprehensive damage evaluation decreased.Compared with the results of 4 groups,it was found that the result of C55 concrete had the best performance and the best durability.
