PCCP管内环向预应力加载装置内衬分析

摘要 为恢复断丝预应力钢筒混凝土管(PCCP)的承载能力,采用管内环向预应力碳纤维板加固的方法进行修复加固,对于管内环向预应力加载装置原理进行了简要介绍,对加载装置的内衬设计方案进行了有限元计算比选,分析了预应力水平、内衬厚度和内径对装置的加载能力的影响。得出厚度越大,加载能力越好,厚度每增加4 mm,应力能减小约12.3 MPa;内径越大,装置加载能力越小,可通过增加装置内衬的厚度进行提高。可为工程中PCCP管内环向预应力碳纤维板加载装置的设计提供了参考。 In order to restore the carrying capacity of broken-wire prestressed cylinder concrete pipe(PCCP),the method of strengthening the pipe with circumferential prestressed carbon fiber board is used for repair and reinforcement.This paper briefly introduced the principle of the circumferential prestressed loading device in the pipe,compared the design schemes of loading devices lining by finite element calculations,and analyzed the influence of prestressed level,lining thickness and inner diameter on the loading capacity of the device.It is concluded that the greater the thickness,the better the loading capacity,and the stress can be reduced by about 12.3 MPa for every 4 mm increase in thickness;the larger the inner diameter,the smaller the load capacity of the device,which can be improved by increasing the thickness of the lining.It provides a reference for the design of the PCCP pipe inner ring prestressed carbon fiber board loading device in the project.
