A Review of Research on Party Building Among College Students in the Last Decade

我国高校学生党组织建设经历了发源阶段、受阻停滞阶段、重新确立阶段以及当前的改革创新阶段。我国高校学生党组织建设的实践与研究历程与高校党建的实践发展密不可分,现有高校学生党组织建设研究主要集中在高校学生党建工作质量提升、学生党员的培养与发展等方面。现有实践成果的理论转化力度不够,在研究队伍、研究内容等方面存在不足,未来需要提升研究人员的专业化水平、增强元研究的深入、加大实践经验与理论成果间的转化力度。

Party building among college students in China has experienced an initial stage,a stagnation stage and a revival stage before entering the present reform and innovation stage.Progress made in Party building among college students is inseparable from research in this area.Currently,focuses are on how to improve the quality of Party building and how to cultivate Party members among college students.This paper points out some areas where more effort is required,for example,the quality of the research team and the translation of practical experience into theories.
