医院药学管理者管理能力测评量表的编制及信效度检验

Compilation and reliability and validity testing of management competence assessment scale for hospital pharmacy managers

目的:编制医院药学管理者管理能力测评量表,并检验其信效度,为医院药学管理者管理能力评价提供测评工具。方法:应用德尔菲法对医院药学管理者应具备的管理能力进行三轮函询,并确定各指标权重值;编制医院药学管理者管理能力问卷,对318名医院药学管理者和药师进行调查以检验其信效度。结果:参与函询的专家积极性较高,专家的权威系数为0.85,三轮函询后专家意见协调系数为0.39~0.55,医院药学管理者应具备的管理能力包括管理知识、管理技能、领导力和职业态度4个一级指标(权重值分别为0.2009,0.2463,0.2063,0.3465),12个二级指标,58个三级指标,管理能力问卷的内在一致性信度Cronbach’sα系数为0.989,内容效度和结构效度均可靠。结论:编制的医院药学管理者管理能力测评量表具有良好的信效度,可为医院药学管理者的选拔、培训及考核提供理论依据。

OBJECTIVE To compile the management competence assessment scale of hospital pharmacy managers,test its reliability and validity and provide a measurement tool for evaluating the management competence of hospital pharmacy managers.METHODS The Delphi method was employed for determining the managerial competence of hospital pharmacy managers through 3 rounds of questioning.Analytic hierarchy process was employed for determining the weighting value of each parameter.A management competence questionnaire was compiled and distributed to 318 hospital pharmacy managers and pharmacists to test the reliability and validity of the index system.RESULTS The participating experts were highly motivated.Their authority coefficient was 0.85 and coordination coefficient 0.39 to 0.55 after 3 rounds of consulting.The mandatory management competence included 4 first-level parameters of management knowledge,management skills,leadership and professional attitude(weights 0.2009,0.2463,0.2063&0.3465 respectively),12 second-level and 58 third-level parameters.The internal consistency reliability of management competence questionnaire Cronbach’sαcoefficient was 0.989 and the content and structural validity were both reliable.CONCLUSION The management competence scale of hospital pharmacy managers offers excellent reliability and validity.It provides theoretical rationales for selecting,training and assessing hospital pharmacy managers.
