Analysis and Treatment for a Communication Interruption of Ground Protection Survey and Control Device and Its Power-driver ATS Device Fault

本文分析了一起典型的测控装置通讯中断以及所用电自动切换装置故障事件,通过消缺排查确定了故障发生的原因,由于存在调度监控平台无法正确采集异常光字,导致通讯中断无法及时发现;由于自动切换装置分闸控制模块损坏,所用电切换装置无法恢复正常运行方式。该事件提醒我们需重视设备光字核对工作以及备齐备品备件,从而避免此类异常事件的再次发生。

In this paper,a typical communication interruption of measurement and control device and a fault event of automatic power switching device is analyzed,and the cause of the fault is determined by eliminating defects.Due to the problem that the dispatching and monitoring platform can′t collect the abnormal signals correctly,the communication interruption can′t be found in time;due to the damage of the opening control module of the automatic switching device,the power switching device cannot return to normal operation mode.This event reminds us that we should pay attention to the work of checking equipment signals and prepare all the spare parts,so as to avoid the recurrence of such abnormal events.
