摘要
本次研究及优化焊接操作平台的核心是如何确保工作人员的安全以及施焊操作的方便。该操作平台主要由支撑立柱、升降平台、活动护栏、固定护栏、梯子组件等组成。既保留了其原有功能,又提高了操作平台使用过程中的安全性,同时又增加了平台的灵活性与便利性。
How to increase the convenience of welding operation while ensuring the safety of operators has become the core idea of this operation platform design.It’s mainly composed of support pillar,lifting platform,movable guardrail,fixed guardrail,ladder,etc.The operating platform not only retains its original functions,but also improves the safety of it.Besides,the new operating platform increases the flexibility and convenience at the same time.
