创新生态系统视域下高校图书馆学科服务转型发展研究

Research on the transformation and development of discipline service of university libraries from the perspective of innovation ecosystem

为了给高校图书馆学科服务工作的转型发展提供新思路,文章借助创新生态系统理论,提出“内中外”三层次转型发展建议。高校图书馆学科服务工作应该从专业化创新型人才配备、重点学科特色业务、信息技术水平提升等方面来实现转型发展。

To provide new ideas for the transformation and development of discipline service of university libraries,with the help of the innovation ecosystem theory,this paper puts forward three-level transformation development suggestions of“internal,middle and external”.The discipline service work of university libraries should be transformed and developed from the following aspects:professional innovative talents allocation,characteristic business of key disciplines and improvement of information technology level.
