摘要
肝癌的有效治疗一直是全球范围内不断探索的医学领域。目前,肝癌治疗手段以手术为主,化疗、放疗、介入治疗为辅的联合治疗。近年来,纳米材料在生物医学领域飞速发展,而基于二氧化硅纳米粒子的治疗平台具有尺寸和形状高度可控、毒性低、生物相容性好、生理条件稳定性和生物安全性好等优点,促进了人们将其由体外研究转向体内应用的研究。二氧化硅纳米材料作为药物传输系统(DDS)在肝癌的诊断和治疗中的应用研究,可为二氧化硅纳米材料与肝癌诊疗的结合提供新的思路。
The effective treatment of liver cancer has always been a field of medical exploration in the world.At present,the treatment of liver cancer mainly consists of surgery,chemotherapy,radiotherapy and interventional therapy.In recent years,nanomaterials have been developing rapidly in the field of biomedicine,and silica nanomaterials,with their unique advantages,and promoted the transformation from in vitro research to in vivo application.The application of silica nanomaterials as DDS in the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer,provides a new idea for the combination of silica nanomaterials and the diagnosis and treatment of liver cancer.
