乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张症的疗效分析

Efficacy of nebulized inhalation of L-cysteine in the treatment of bronchiectasis

目的乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张症的疗效分析。方法从2018年12月~2019年12月期间北海市人民医院收治的所有支气管扩张症患者当中选择出100例患者作为研究对象,根据患者入院时间排序,将双数患者设置为研究组共50例,将单数患者设置为参照组50例。在研究过程中,参照组行常规治疗措施,研究组在参照组的基础上行乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗。1个疗程后,比较组间的生活质量评分以及治疗效果。结果两组患者生活质量评分结果比较,参照组的生活质量评分低于研究组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者的治疗效果比较,研究组患者的治疗效果明显高于参照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗对支气管扩张症患者在生活质量评分以及治疗效果改善方面有积极的作用,相关人员可在临床上应用乙酰半胱氨酸雾化吸入治疗支气管扩张症。

Objective To analyze the curative effect of acetylcysteine inhalation in the treatment of bronchiectasis.Methods From December 2018 to December 2019,100 patients with bronchiectasis were selected as the research subjects,and the patients were sorted according to the time of admission,and the even number patients were set as the study group,a total of 50 patients for example,set the odd number of patients as the reference group of 50 cases.During the study,the reference group received conventional treatment measures,and the study group performed acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation treatment on the basis of the reference group.After a course of treatment,compare the quality of life scores and treatment effects between the groups.Results The quality of life score of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the treatment effect of patients in the study group was significantly higher than that of the reference group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation therapy has a positive effect on the quality of life scores and improvement of treatment effects in patients with bronchiectasis.Related personnel need to increase acetylcysteine aerosol inhalation treatment clinically as much as possible Effective promotion of the strength of bronchiectasis.
