高端技术技能人才培养规律探析

Analysis on the Law of Cultivating High-end Technical Skilled Talents

高端技术技能人才的培养具有复杂性、开放性和左右脑结合等特点,需要遵循科学的人才培养规律。本文以文献研究,尤其是脑科学、心理学、教育学等研究成果和实际调研为基础,提炼概括出年龄效应规律、兴趣驱动规律、技能积累规律、扬长教育规律、理实一体规律、师徒传承规律和德技兼修规律共七条相互关联、逻辑递进的高端技术技能人才培养规律,为完善现代职业教育与培训体系提供依据。

The cultivation of high-end quality technical and skilled personnel has the characteristics of complexity,openness and the combination coordination of both left and right hemispheres brain,which needs to follow the scientific talent training law routines.Based on literature research,especially neuroscience brain science,psychology,pedagogy and other research results and practical research,this paper summarizes seven interrelated correlated and progressive laws patterns of high-end technical and skilled quality personnel training cultivation,including the law pattern of age effect,the pattern law of interest interest-driven effect,the pattern law of skill accumulation,the pattern law of developing advantages development,the pattern law of integration of theory and practice;the pattern law of master apprentice inheritance and the pattern law of joint cultivation of morality and technology professionality,so as to provide the basis for improving the modern vocational education and training system.
