摘要
民宿是推动旅游全面深化发展、转型升级的重要组成部分,伴随人们精神文化需求的增长,景点观光式的旅游方式无法再满足市场需求。乡村的自然风光、农事体验活动,城镇的喧闹街角、文化传承展示,吸引越来越多的人群体验式旅游,民宿业态蓬勃发展。但是,民宿产业存在经营主体复杂、规范标准缺失、行业乱象丛生、平台管理缺位等一系列问题。鉴于此,从强化政策引领、抓好疫情防控、做好顶层设计、改进平台管理、注重提质增效、加强宣传推广、搞好规范管理等七个方面着手,探析新时期民宿产业发展路径,为文旅融合发展提供有益尝试。
Bed and Breakfast(B&B)play a key role in the comprehensively deepening development,transformation and upgrading of tourism.With the growing intellectual and cultural demands of people,the scenic-spot sightseeing can no longer meet the market demand and an increasing number of people have been attracted by the countryside landscapes,farming experience activities,urban street views and cultural heritage exhibitions.B&B industry has prominent advantages in terms of economic and time cost.Interactions among diverse factors jointly drive the vigorous development of B&B industry.However,there are also lots of problems such as complex business entities,lack of norms,chaotic operation and unsound management platform in this industry.In view of this,this paper analyzes the development path of B&B industry in the new era from seven aspects:strengthening policy guidance,doing a good job in epidemic prevention and control,doing a good job in top-level design,improving platform management,paying attention to improving quality and efficiency,strengthening publicity and promotion,and doing a good job in standardized management,so as to provide a beneficial trial for the development of cultural tourism integration.
