医学生在线学习投入与网络学习自我效能感的相关性及影响因素研究 被引量:10

摘要 目的了解医学生在线学习投入与网络学习自我效能水平的现状及相关性,并分析影响因素,为提高医学生在线学习投入并加强网络学习自我效能提供参考。方法采用一般资料调查表、在线学习投入量表、大学生网络学习效能感问卷对参与在线学习的813名本科医学生进行调查。结果医学生在线学习投入条目总均分(3.54±0.65)分,网络学习自我效能条目总均分(4.63±0.51)分,二者总分及各维度得分均呈正相关(r=0.402~0.796,P<0.05),多元线性回归分析显示,在线学习满意度、喜欢的教学方式、在线学习心理接受度、在线学习课程质量、在线学习对健康影响、喜欢的在线学习形式、在线学习问题程度、在线学习课程难易度、每天学习次数、大学生网络学习自我效能感均是在线学习投入的主要影响因素(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论医学生在线学习投入水平与大学生网络学习自我效能呈正相关,大学生网络学习自我效能是影响医学生在线学习投入的首要因素。高等院校教育者应注重提升医学生网络学习自我效能感、在线课程质量及在线学习满意度,合理设计在线学习课程难易度,及时解答学生在线学习问题,关注在线学习对学生健康影响等以期有效提升医学生在线学习投入水平。 Objective To explore the correlation between online learning engagement and online learning self-efficacy of medical students,and analyze the influencing factors,so as to provide reference for improving online learning engagement and enhancing online learning self-efficacy of medical students.Methods A total of 813 undergraduate medical students who have participated in online learning were investigated by using general information questionnaire,online learning engagement scale and online learning efficacy questionnaire.Results The mean score of online learning engagement was(3.54±0.65),and the mean score of online learning self-efficacy was(4.63±0.51).The total scores and the scores of all dimensions of online learning engagement and online learning self-efficacy were positively correlated(r=0.402~0.796,P<0.05).Multiple stepwise regression analysis showed that,online learning satisfaction,prefer the way of teaching,online learning psychological acceptance,quality of online learning course,online learning on the health effects,prefer forms of online learning,online learning problems,difficult levels of online courses,learning times of every day,learning self-efficacy were the influencing factors of online learning engagement(P<0.01 or P<0.05).Conclusion The level of online learning engagement of medical students is positively correlated with online learning self-efficacy,and online learning self-efficacy is the primary influencing factor of online learning engagement of medical students.Colleges and universities should pay attention to improve medical students'online learning self-efficacy,online course quality and online learning satisfaction,reasonably design the difficulty of online learning courses,timely answer students'online learning problems,pay attention to the impact of online learning on students'health and so on,so as to effectively improve the levels of medical students'online learning investment.
