护士情绪劳动的研究进展及启示

Research progress and enlightenment of nurses'emotional labor

情绪劳动客观存在于护理实践之中,且与护理质量、护患满意度、患者安全结局息息相关。文章综述了情绪劳动的概念、测评工具、护士情绪劳动的研究现状及影响因素,并提出完善情绪劳动测评工具、加强对情绪劳动的关注、开展科学有效的干预研究等建议,以期为医院管理者更好地识别、管理护士的情绪劳动,提高护患满意度提供借鉴,并为今后护理研究者开展相关干预研究提供参考。

Emotional labor existed in nursing practice,which is related to the quality of nursing,nurse-patient satisfaction,and the safety of patient.The article introduced the concept,assessment tools,the current research status and influencing factors of nurses'emotional labor,in order to identify and manage their emotional labor,provide reference to improve nurse-patient satisfaction,as well as to provide reference for nursing researchers to carry out related intervention studies in the future.
