刚柔复合型铺装坑槽发展规律及处治技术研究

摘要 文章提出并建立基于破损状况的刚柔复合型铺装性能衰变模型,对其典型病害进一步发展演变规律和受力特性进行分析;并基于室内试验研究,提出相应的病害处治方案。结果表明:刚柔复合型铺装出现裂缝、鼓包等病害后,病害周围会出现应力集中现象,上层环氧属热固性材料,在应力集中状况下,病害会逐渐发展为坑槽等病害,若未及时修补,将快速发展为结构性破损,甚至发展到下层浇注式铺装层。因此,以保护下层浇注式不发生结构性破损为原则,基于原结构恢复的养护理念,根据坑槽发展层位,进行分级坑槽修补技术研究。针对下层浇注,开发高性能预制浇注块快速修补技术;针对上层环氧,采用冷拌环氧沥青材料进行快速修补。研究成果可为国内类似浇注式铺装体系的快速养护提供参考。 In this paper,a performance decay model of rigid-flexible composite pavement based on damage condition was proposed and established to analyze the further development and evolution of the typical diseases and their mechanical characteristics.And the corresponding disease treatment scheme is was put forwardbased on the laboratory test.The results show that with cracks and bubbles generating,there will be stress concentration around the diseases.As a thermosetting material,diseases in the upper epoxy pavement will rapidly develop into potholes or other diseases under the condition of stress concentration.Especially,without repair in time,the potholes will rapidly develop into structural breakage,even develop to the lower guss-asphalt pavement.Therefore,to protect the lower layer pouring type from structural damage,hierarchical treatment technologies are put forward based on the concept of the original structure recovery.A rapid repair technique ofhigh-performance prefabricated guss-asphalt block has been developed for pothole treatment in the lower pavement,and a kind of cold mixed epoxy asphalt has been developed for pothole treatment in the upper pavement.The research results of this paper have important meaning on the rapid maintenance of similar guss-asphalt pavement in China.
