摘要
沥青路面在车辆荷载和环境因素的共同作用下,通常出现裂缝、局部损伤等病害。为研究提高沥青路面裂缝自愈合性能的技术手段,对微胶囊选材及制备合成工艺、掺微胶囊的沥青及沥青混合料性能特征、微胶囊在混合料裂缝愈合中的作用机理等问题展开研究。通过高温车辙试验、小梁低温弯曲试验和冻融劈裂试验对掺入微胶囊的沥青混合料路用性能进行分析,综合考虑推荐微胶囊掺量为0.4%~0.6%。试验结果对微胶囊自愈型沥青混合料的使用、微胶囊技术的推广及应用具有一定指导意义。
Under the combined action of vehicle load and environmental factors,asphalt pavement usually has cracks,local damage and other diseases.To study the technical means to improve the self-healing performance of asphalt pavement cracks,research has been carried out on the selection of microcapsules and the preparation and synthesis process,the performance characteristics of asphalt and asphalt mixtures with microcapsules,and the mechanism of microcapsules in the crack healing of mixtures.Through high temperature rutting test,trabecular low temperature bending test and freeze-thaw splitting test,the road performance of the asphalt mixture mixed with microcapsules was analyzed.The recommended amount of microcapsules is 0.4%~0.6%.The test results have certain guiding significance for the use of microcapsule self-healing asphalt mixture and the promotion and application of microcapsule technology.
