“三全育人”视域下研究生教育管理路径研究

Research on the Path of Graduate Education Management from the Perspective of the"All-round Education"

随着高校研究生数量的激增,招生规模的扩大,研究生教育管理成为研究生工作的重中之重。如何破除传统的教育管理理念,在研究生教育管理中实现"三全育人"是本文研究的重点。本文基于"三全育人"体系剖析研究生教育管理的现状,指出研究生教育管理机制中存在的问题,提出具有可行性的具体实践路径。

With the rapid growth of graduate students,the expansion of enrollment and the postgraduate education management have been top priorities of graduate works.How to break the shackles of the traditional concept of traditional education management and make the"all-round education"come true is the key point of this study.Based on the status of postgraduate education management from the perspective of the"all-round education",this study points out the problems in the management mechanism of postgraduate education,and put forward some feasible and concrete suggestions.
