摘要
当下高校办公室行政管理和服务上存在诸多问题,如行政人员工作态度倦怠、办事效率低下、服务意识浅薄等,不仅仅是由于传统理念和体制上的束缚,还在于未能对办公室的文化建设给予足够的关注。办公室文化建设不仅仅是高校内部行政工作和服务水平的总体体现,还制约着其进一步的发展,更是高校整体文化形象的重要组成部分。高校办公室的文化建设从根本上要以人为本,以人文关怀为导向,从物质文化、制度文化和精神文化三个层面上具体着手,并结合高校本身特有的人文文化优势,进而建设起稳固、协调、高效、公平的办公室文化。
At present,there are many problems in the administrative management and service of university office,such as the administrative staff’s work attitude burnout,low efficiency,shallow service consciousness,which are not only due to the constraints of traditional ideas and system,but also due to the lack of enough attention to the cultural construction of the office.The construction of office culture is not only the overall embodiment of the internal administrative work and service level of colleges and universities,but also determines its further development,and is an important part of the overall cultural image of colleges and universities.The cultural construction of university office should be people-oriented,humanistic care oriented,from the material culture,system culture and spiritual culture,and combined with the unique humanistic and cultural advantages of universities,so as to build a stable,coordinated,efficient and fair office culture.
