心理学是研究人的心理活动与外在行为的应用性科学,将心理学理论运用于高职教育管理具有理论依据和现实基础,对实现高职教育管理目标具有正向效应。本文正是基于此,以高职教育管理为视角,审视心理学理论在高职教育管理的价值,探讨将需求层次理论、X—Y理论、皮格马利翁效应等心理学理论运用于高职教育管理实践,以期提高高职教育管理的效益。
