摘要 太原摄乐大桥造型取意“并州之塔”,创造性地采用大幅变宽塔柱与空间扭索面相结合的独塔斜拉桥,主桥跨径布置为(30+150+150+30)m,采用全飘浮减隔震支承混合体系。桥塔采用大幅变宽无横梁A形塔柱,桥面以上采用钢箱塔柱,桥面以下采用混凝土空心塔柱,塔柱钢-混结合段采用双层端板承压分级锚固传力构造。主梁采用半封闭双边箱钢梁,桥面铺装采用UHPC超高性能混凝土。斜拉索采用标准抗拉强度1670 MPa的平行钢丝,空间扭转索面,在碰撞概率较大的8~16号斜拉索交叉范围300 mm内采用热固型PVF保护套包裹。斜拉索塔上锚固采用钢锚梁与锚拉板相结合的形式。桥塔、辅助墩和边墩基础均采用钻孔灌注桩。 The Shele Bridge in Taiyuan is quite an aesthetically pleasing structure,creating a signature of“the tower of Bingzhou”.It is a single-pylon cable-stayed bridge that innovatively combines the large width-variable pylon column and spatial twisted cable planes.The bridge consists of four spans of 30,150,150 and 30 m,being a mixed full-floating and vibration isolation bearing system.The pylon is a large width-variable A-shaped pylon without cross beams,the columns of which above and below the deck are steel columns and concrete hollow columns,respectively,the steel-concrete joint section of the pylon column contains a graded anchor load transfer system formed of double-layer end plates that can bear compressive force.The main girder comprises two half-closed edge boxes and UHPC pavement.The stay cables are made of parallel steel wires with standard tensile strength of 1670 MPa.In the spatial twisted cable plane,the stay cables No.8-16 are prone to collision,on the 300 mm-long crossing sections of these stay cables,thermoset PVF sheaths are used.The stay cables are anchored to the pylon with the combined utilization of steel anchor beams and tensile plates.The pylon,auxiliary and side piers are all supported on bored pile foundations.
