生态城市建设理念下的老旧小区改造研究

Research on the Reconstruction of Old Residential Areas Under the Concept of Ecological City Construction

在我国城市发展过程中,老旧小区的生态问题尤为突出,主要表现在小区绿化不足、生态性能低下等方面。文章分析了生态城市中老旧小区改造的必要性和紧迫性,研究了老旧小区在改造中忽视生态性的现状,总结梳理了老旧小区生态建设改造的方法和思路。其中,包括屋顶绿化设计,活化老旧小区活动空间的同时,增强老旧小区的生态性;还包括竖向绿化设计,在有限的用地上利用空间的三维性,为老旧小区的生态改造开辟新的思路。

In the process of urban development in China,the ecological problems of the old residential areas are particularly prominent,mainly manifested in the aspects of insufficient greening and low ecological performance of the residential areas.This paper analyzes the necessity and urgency of the reconstruction of the old community in the ecological city,studies the current situation of the neglect of ecological characteristics in the reconstruction of the old community,and summarizes and sorts out the methods and ideas of the ecological construction and reconstruction of the old community,which includes the design of roof greening.While activating the activity space of the old community,we should enhance the ecology of the old community,including the vertical greening design,and make use of the threedimensional space on the limited land,so as to open up new ideas for the ecological transformation of the old community.
