摘要
随着城市规划进程从增量规划转入存量规划,城市更新更追求既存空间的精细化发展。城市老旧社区作为城市既存空间,基数大,作为独立的社会单元,具有现实的可操作性。生活性街巷作为老旧街区单元内最具开放性的场所空间,是街区单元连接城市的纽带。文章以兰州市华林坪、伏龙坪管理街区单元为例,发掘生活性街巷在交通空间、景观空间、休憩交往空间、建筑空间以及划分街区单元尺度五个方面存在的问题,结合"微更新"理念探索老旧社区生活性街巷改造提升的策略,期望从存量空间的微更新,推进城市更新。
As the urban planning process shifts from incremental planning to inventory planning,urban renewal pursues the refined development of existing space.As the existing urban space,the old urban community has a large base,and as an independent social unit,it has practical operability.As the most open space in old block units,living streets and alleys are the link between block units and cities.This paper takes Fulongping and Hualingping Management Block Unit of Lanzhou City as examples,explores the problems existing in five aspects of traffic space,landscape space,rest space,communication space,architectural space and division of block unit scale of living streets and alleys.Combined with the concept of“micro-renewal”,this paper explores the strategies of the renovation and upgrading of living streets in old communities,hoping to promote urban renewal through the micro-renewal of stock space.
