本文通过描述二维报建审批现状,分析规划报建阶段技术指标审查业务流程中存在的问题,结合BIM-CIM技术优势,研究利用BIM技术在建筑工程规划报建审批指标审查实现方法,探索CIM平台构建方式,阐述了实现目标的总体框架和技术流程。

By describing the current status of two-dimensional construction approval,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the business process of technical indicators examination during the planning and construction stage.Combined with the advantages of BIMCIM technology,this paper studies the implementation method of BIM technology in the examination and approval index of construction planning application,explores the construction method of CIM platform,and expounds the overall framework and technical process to achieve the goal.
