摘要
以穗莞深城际铁路隧道为工程背景,采用数值模拟和理论分析相结合的方法,分析了盾构隧道掘进穿越既有隧道时,隧道衬砌结构的变形机制和力学响应。研究表明,交叠隧道施工过程中隧道交叠段存在比较大的相互影响范围,其内部应力调整影响表现为既有隧道交叉段的漏斗状沉降,隧道施工过程中应着重加强支护措施并调整施工方案,加强实时监测力度,以保证交叠隧道安全。文章的研究对后续的小净距交叠隧道的安全施工有一定的借鉴意义。
Based on the engineering background of Guangzhou Dongguan Shenzhen intercity railway tunnel,the deformation mechanism and mechanical response of shield tunnel lining structure when tunneling through the existing tunnel are analyzed by using the method of numerical simulation and theoretical analysis.The research shows that there is a large range of mutual influence in the overlapping section of the tunnel during the construction process of the overlapping tunnel,and the influence of internal stress adjustment is manifested as the funnel-shaped settlement of the existing tunnel intersection section.In order to ensure the safety of overlapping tunnel,the supporting measures should be strengthened,the construction scheme should be adjusted,and the real-time monitoring should be strengthened.This study has a certain reference significance for the safety construction of small spacing overlapping tunnel.
