摘要
针对当前建筑电气施工中存在的资源配置不合理、施工活动不连续等问题,开展智能建筑电气施工管理与质量控制研究。通过基于线性计划方法(Linear Scheduling Method,LSM)的电气施工进度计划编制、电气施工各阶段进度管理,实现对建筑电气施工管理,再通过规范智能建筑电气施工流程、协调电气施工与其他施工项目,实现对施工质量的控制。以期为施工企业在当前新常态背景下保持更高竞争优势提供理论依据。
Aiming at the problems of unreasonable resource allocation and discontinuity of construction activities in the current electrical construction of buildings,the research on electrical construction management and quality control of intelligent buildings has been carried out.Through the planning of electrical construction schedule based on LSM and the schedule management of each stage of electrical construction,the electrical construction management of the building is realized,and the construction quality is controlled by standardizing the electrical construction process of intelligent buildings and coordinating electrical construction and other construction projects.It is expected to provide a theoretical basis for construction enterprises to maintain a higher competitive advantage under the background of the current new normal.
