城市中心区江心洲岛生态化发展研究——以《扬子洲地区发展控制规划》为例

A Study On Ecological Development of Island in Urban Central Area--A Case Study Of Yangzizhou Island Development Control Plan

文章以城市中心区的江心洲岛为研究对象,总结其生态保护与开发建设中面临的问题。从功能导向的角度归纳城市中心区江心洲岛的建设分类及各类型的建设要点,并以南昌市《扬子洲地区发展控制规划》为例,探讨城市中心区江心洲岛的生态化建设原则和城镇建设、生态保护、产业发展等方面的发展思路。

Taking Jiangxinzhou Island in city central area as the research object,this paper summarizes the problems in its ecological protection and development.From the perspective of function orientation,this paper summarizes the construction types and key points of each type of construction of Jiangxinzhou Island in city central area.Taking the Yangzizhou Island Development Control Plan of Nanchang as an example,this paper discusses the ecological construction principles of Jiangxinzhou Island in city central area,and the development strategies of urban construction,ecological protection,industrial development and so on.
