基于ADAMS的大型地下铲运机动力学仿真及试验研究

摘要 本文以某大型地下铲运机为研究对象,基于PROE三维设计软件完成了某大型地下铲运机新产品开发,利用ADAMS动力学仿真软件对开发的铲运机性能进行动力学仿真分析,获得了铲运机的转向曲线和刹车距离曲线,验证了模型的准确性。优化设计后完成研制,并进行了性能测试试验,试验结果验证了产品的安全性和可靠性。该方法极大地缩短了设计周期,提高了产品的性能,具有重要的研究意义和工程应用价值。 In this paper,a large-scale underground LHD is taken as the research object,and a new product development of a large-scale underground LHD is completed based on proe three-dimensional design software.The dynamic simulation analysis of the performance of the developed LHD is carried out by using ADAMS dynamic simulation software,and the steering curve and braking distance curve of the LHD are obtained,which verifies the accuracy of the model.After the optimization design,the research and development are completed,and the performance test is carried out.The test results verify the safety and reliability of the product.The method greatly shortens the design cycle and improves the performance of the product,which has important research significance and engineering application value.
