摘要 随着设备和工艺的不断创新进步,半自磨流程的优化控制面临更大挑战,而且近年来绿色矿山的不断推进,生产能耗目标要求也越来越严格,半自磨优化控制需要同时考虑多个目标。本文在现场原有的控制系统上,针对半自磨流程多目标优化控制问题展开研究,同时考虑了处理量和能耗两个目标,实现在磨矿产品质量合格的情况下,最大化处理量,能耗最合理。 With the continuous innovation and progress of equipment and processes,the optimization and control of the semi-autogenous grinding process is facing greater challenges.With the advancement of green mines in recent years,the production energy consumption target requirements are becoming more and more stringent.Semi-autogenous grinding optimization control is a typical multi-objective optimization problem.There is a research on the multi-objective optimization control problem of the semi-autogenous grinding process based on the original control system.Realize the maximum processing capacity and the most reasonable energy consumption when the quality of grinding products is qualified,considering the two goals of processing capacity and energy consumption.
