副井受损承台加固技术研究

摘要 为了解决副井长期使用引起的地层沉降,进而导致副井承台承载能力降低并危及副井正常运行安全的问题,本文以某矿山副井承台受损破坏为工程背景,采用理论分析和现场工程实践相结合的方法,提出一套考虑承台和基础共同加固的技术方法,制定具体的实施方案,并应用在实际工程中。结果表明:副井承台加固后,其承载力和桩侧土压力等静力指标显著提高。 In order to solve the problem of strata subsidence caused by long-term use of auxiliary shaft,which leads to the reduction of bearing capacity of auxiliary shaft cap and endangers the normal operation and safety of auxiliary shaft.In this paper,based on the damage of auxiliary shaft cap in a mine,a set of technical methods considering the joint reinforcement of cap and foundation is put forward by combining theoretical analysis with field engineering practice,and a specific implementation scheme is formulated and applied in the actual engineering.The results show that the load-bearing capacity and the soil pressure at the side of the pile are significantly improved after the auxiliary shaft cap is strengthened.
