既有内衬塑料管排水孔挡土墙高效爆破拆除应用实践

Application practice of efficient blasting demolition of existing drainage hole lined with plastic pipe

利用挡土墙既有内衬塑料管排水孔作为炮孔,对两道挡土墙进行了爆破拆除。通过试爆,证明了利用既有内衬塑料管排水孔作为炮孔进行拆除爆破是可行的;通过用黏土对炮孔两端进行严密封堵、捣实,无论是正常的挡土墙,还是背面被挖空的挡土墙,爆破中均不会出现"打枪"现象,都能取得良好的爆破效果;通过试爆和实践探索,确定了合理的装药单耗;飞石方面,这种拆除爆破是可能会产生飞石的,而且有可能飞出较远的距离,因此要根据爆区的环境情况,合理安排必要的防护措施。

Two retaining walls are demolished by blasting using existing drainage hole lined with plastic pipe as blast holes.Through the test blasting,it is proved that it is feasible to use the existing drainage hole lined with plastic pipe as the blast hole for demolition and blasting;the two ends of the blast hole are tightly sealed and tamped with clay,whether it is a normal retaining wall or for the retaining wall hollowed out on the back,there will be no“gun shooting”phenomenon during blasting,and good blasting effects can be achieved;through test blasting and practical exploration,a reasonable unit charge consumption has been determined;for flying rocks,this demolition and blasting may produce flying rocks,and they may fly far away.Therefore,necessary protective measures should be reasonably arranged according to the environmental conditions of the explosion area.
