镇-旬铅锌矿集区多种复杂薄矿体开采实践

摘要 镇-旬铅锌矿集区位于西秦岭造山带东侧边缘地带,区域内以各种形态的薄矿体型铅锌矿床为主,某矿业公司在该区域拥有多处铅锌矿权,均为难采薄矿体。在长期不同类型的薄矿体开采实践中,总结出了多种各具特色的薄矿体地下采矿方法,具体为选用壁式机械化连续开采全面采矿法,实现了干沟铅锌矿波浪形缓倾斜薄矿体机械化开采;将削壁充填采矿法与上向水平分层充填采矿法优点,充分结合创造出了上向巷道式干式充填采矿法方案,解决了四神沟铅锌矿连续性差急倾斜薄矿体高效开采难题;灵活采用无底柱浅孔留矿法、有底柱浅孔留矿法、后退式挑顶浅孔留矿法三种方案,极大地提高了黄兔林铅锌矿厚度多变倾斜薄矿体矿石回收率。上述五种采矿方法丰富了我国薄矿体地下采矿方法类型,具有极强的参考价值。 Zhen-Xun lead-zinc ore concentration area is located on the eastern edge of the west Qinling organic belt,and various forms of thin ore-body type lead-zinc deposits dominate the area.A company owns multiple lead-zinc mineral rights in the Zhen-Xun lead-zinc ore concentration area,all of which are thin ore bodies and difficult to mine.In the long-term mining practice of different types of thin ore bodies,a variety of underground mining methods of unique thin ore bodies have been summarized.Specifically,the wall mechanized continuous mining method is used to realize the mechanized mining of the wave-shaped gently inclined thin ore body of the Gangou lead-zinc mine.Fully combining the advantages of the cutting-wall filling mining method and the upward horizontal layered filling mining method has created an upward roadway dry filling mining method,which solves the problem of efficient mining of steep thin ore bodies of poor continuity in the Sishengou lead-zinc mine.Flexible use of three schemes:the short-hole shrinkage without sill pillar mining method,the shallow-hole shrinkage with sill pillar mining method,and the back lift retain short-hole shrinkage mining method,which greatly increased the thickness of the Huangtulin lead-zinc ore with variable and inclined thin ore bodies recovery rate.The above five mining methods have enriched the types of underground mining methods of thin ore bodies of China,and have extremely strong promotion value.
