传承与创新:非物质文化遗产视角下阴阳连环板凳拳高校教学研究

摘要 阴阳连环板凳拳是一种以长、短两个板凳为器械的传统拳术,以抡、劈、砸、扫等技法为主,具有跳跃蹦窜之特点。2014年阴阳连环板凳拳被列入黔西南州州级非物质文化遗产项目。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等方法从国家政策文件、高校职能以及高校学生身心发展等方面分析了阴阳连环板凳拳在高校教学的可行性、在剖析阴阳连环板凳拳高校教学内容构建先决条件的基础上,提出阴阳莲花板凳拳高校教学应以学生为主体,构建初级、中级与高级三个层次的套路体系,为其在高校展开教学活动奠定基础。 Yin-Yang serial bench boxing is a traditional boxing with two long and short benches as instruments.Its techniques are mainly swinging,splitting,smashing and sweeping,etc.It has the characteristics of jumping and leaping.In 2014,it was listed as the state level intangible cultural heritage project of Qianxinan Prefecture.This paper analyzes the feasibility of yin-yang serial bench boxing teaching in colleges and universities from the aspects of national policy documents,functions of colleges and universities as well as the physical and mental development of college students by using the methods of literature,logical analysis and expert interview.On the basis of analyzing the prerequisites for constructing the teaching content of yin-yang serial bench boxing in universities,This paper puts forward that the teaching of Yin-Yang Lotus Bench Boxing in colleges and universities should take students as the main body,and build a system of three levels,namely primary,intermediate and advanced,to lay a foundation for its realization in colleges and universities.
