摘要
文章运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法对我国老龄化社会视角下健身气功“八段锦”发展路径进行分析和探讨。进入老龄化社会,在“未富先老”、医疗体系和养老体系并不完善的社会结构下,如何做到老有所养、老有所学、老有所为,还要做到老有所乐呢?在老龄化加剧的社会结构下,推动健身气功“八段锦”发展有助于促进老年人群体身心健康、提高全民体质健康水平,为早日战胜疫情、建设社会主义体育强国、实现中华民族伟大复兴而发挥重要作用。
This paper analyzes and discusses the development path of"Ba Baduanjin exercise"of fitness Qigong from the perspective of aging society in China by using literature and logical analysis method.China has entered an aging society for nearly 20 years.Under the social structure of"getting old before getting rich"and imperfect medical and old-age care systems,how can the elderly be cared for,learn from,and perform as well as enjoy?Under the social structure of aging,promoting the development of fitness Qigong"Baduanjin exercise"is conducive to promoting the physical and mental health of the elderly,improving the physical health of the whole people,and playing an important role in overcoming the epidemic at an early date,building a strong socialist sports country,and realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
