摘要
运用文献研究法和实证研究法,阐述核心力量训练的概念和大学生身心特点,并对高校校园足球训练中核心力量训练的作用进行分析。认为:核心力量训练有助于提高足球队员的身体稳定性、平衡性和协调性,有利于队员在有球状态下保持技术动作的稳定性和完成动作的质量,有利于队员在无球状态和对抗情况下完成技术动作,并且预防运动损伤发生的频率。
Through the methods of literature review and empirical research,the author expounds the concept of core strength training and the physical and mental characteristics of college students,and analyzes the role of core strength training in university campus football training.It is believed that the core strength training facilitates to maintain the stability,balance and coordination of football players,to improve their stability of the movements and their quality of the actions with football,to achieve their technical actions without football or in football combats,and to prevent frequent sports injuries.
