摘要
评价和改善街道的步行友好性,对于引导城市健康发展具有重要意义。基于步行友好性的相关理论研究,综合考虑出行目的地类型和空间分布、步行距离、步行环境等因素,利用POI与街景图片等多源数据,构建步行友好性量化评价模型与方法。以长春市商业、办公、居住、学校等用地集中区选取的典型街道为例,首先结合长春市作为寒地城市的特征,参考Walk Score基础模型,开展步行指数评价;接着从步行环境方面,选取评价指标,建立了步行环境指数模型,并应用模型开展步行环境评价实证;最后基于步行指数与步行环境指数两个维度的评价结果,建立了步行友好性综合评价矩阵,并结合各类街道特征提出了分类导控策略。
Evaluating and improving streets walkability is of great significance to guide urban sustainable development.Based on the related theoretical research on walkability,considering travel destination's type and spatial layout,travel distance,travel environment,and other factors,this paper develops a walkability evaluation model using POI data,streetscape images,and other multi-source data.Taking the typical streets selected in the commercial,office,residential,school,and other land-intensive areas in Changchun as an example,the paper first evaluates the walking index referring to the Walk Score basic model by considering the characteristics of Changchun as a cold region.Secondly,from the aspect of the walking environment,the paper selects a specific evaluation index,establishes the walking environment evaluation index model,and applies the model to carry out the empirical evaluation of the walking environment.Finally,based on the evaluation results of both the walking index and walking environment index,the comprehensive walkability evaluation matrix is established,and the classified guidance and control strategies are proposed combined with various street characteristics.
