新冠疫情从一场公共卫生危机演化成一场空前的全球性危机,使得全球经济陷入严重衰退,对国际关系乃至国际区域格局的塑造产生了深远的影响。在中国同俄罗斯的关系刚刚提升为“新时代中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系”之时,中俄之间的经贸合作以及未来两国关系的发展就迎来了前所未有的考验,尤其是在同中国接壤的俄罗斯远东地区的诸多项目受到了严重的影响。文章在对上述问题进行阐述的基础上,重点对新冠疫情下以及之后的俄罗斯远东地区发展进行预测与展望,探讨中俄两国如何在保障防疫措施的前提下,共同应对危机,再现远东地区的经济活力。

COVID-19’s evolution from a public health crisis to an unprecedented global crisis has made the global economy in a serious recession and has had a profound impact on the shaping of international relations and even the international regional pattern.When the relationship between China and Russia has just been upgraded to a“comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership between China and Russia in the new era”,the economic and trade cooperation between China and Russia and the future development of bilateral relations are facing an unprecedented test,especially many projects in the Russian Far East region bordering on China have been seriously affected.Based on the elaboration of the above issues,the article focuses on the prediction and prospect of the development of the Far East in the next and subsequent COVID-19,and explores how China and Russia can jointly cope with the crisis and reappear the economic vitality in the Far East under the premise of ensuring epidemic prevention measures.
