深入贯彻《药品管理法》助推药品监管法治化

Implementing Drug Administration Law and Advancing Law-based Regulation

随着各级药品监管机构改革逐步落地,新修订的《药品管理法》开始正式实施,武汉市市场监督管理局以新修订的《药品管理法》为武器,落实属地责任,科学监管,依法履职。根据新修订的《药品管理法》施行一年来的履职实践,本文对监管过程中发现的一些问题进行进一步的探讨,对药品监管事业开启新征程进行了展望。

In the context of institutional reform of drug regulatory agencies at all levels and implementation of the newlyrevised Drug Administration Law,the Wuhan Municipal Administration for Market Regulation strives to carry out its responsibilities within its jurisdictionby following the principle of scientific regulation and the Drug Administration Law.Based on regulatory practice since the newly-revised Drug Administration Law took effect,this paper further discusses problems identified in the process of drug regulation and looks forward to a new journey of drug regulatory endeavor.
