Berlin Partner for Business and Technology is a successful example of the German entrepreneurship service platform.By providing specialized entrepreneurship services such as location,innovation,finance,talent and international development,it accelerates the process of the start-up,innovation and growth of enterprises,and greatly contributes to the economic and social development of Berlin.Through literature research,this paper summarizes the successful experience and proposes a view that professional service itself should be treated as a kind of innovation and entrepreneurship which should reflect strong strategic judgment,concentration and foresight,link broader and higher value assets continuously,and form some ideas on universal entrepreneurial culture.
