玄武岩纤维水稳碎石抗压强度影响因素分析

摘要 玄武岩纤维水泥稳定碎石作为一种新型工程材料正逐步应用于道路基层中,文中针对玄武岩纤维水泥稳定碎石在水泥掺量、玄武岩纤维掺量、养护龄期3种因素影响下的无侧限抗压强度进行试验研究。通过研究表明,3种因素中玄武岩纤维掺量在0~0.8‰范围内变化时,水泥稳定碎石无侧限抗压强度随着纤维掺量增加逐渐提高,通过灰关联分析法得到3种影响因素排序为水泥掺量>玄武岩纤维掺量>养护龄期。 As a new type of engineering fiber,basalt fiber is gradually being used in road engineering,especially cement stabilized macadam base.Unconfined compressive strength,as one of the most important mechanical indicators of cement stabilized macadam,is affected by many factors.This paper conducts an experimental study on the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam mixed with basalt fiber under the influence of three factors:cement content,basalt fiber content and curing age.Studies have shown that when the content of basalt fiber among the three factors changes within the range of 0~0.8‰,the unconfined compressive strength of cement stabilized macadam gradually increases with the increase of fiber content.Through grey correlation analysis,the order of three influencing factors is cement content>basalt fiber content>curing age.
